The Physiology of Emotions

"In order to move on, you must understand why you felt what you did and why you no longer need to feel it." Mitch Albom, The Five People You Meet in Heaven

Physical pain comes from inner resistance. Inner resistance correlates with imbalanced emotions, i.e. worry, anxiety, anger, fear and a general overall dissatisfaction with one’s life. Imbalanced emotions closes the Chakras, causing disharmonious energy within one’s body systems and this leads to disharmonious thoughts, illnesses, illusion of pain etc.

Healing must begin in the mind/consciousness first in order to affect the body and its internal systems. Healing begins with thought. Resistance is the act of denying truth or the lack of accepting something for what it is. Our perceptions are creation tools. What you perceive becomes your reality. This coincide with the scripture “As a man thinketh, so is he. This tells us that our thoughts must be aligned with the idea of wellness and peace if its peace and wellness that we wish to manifest.

I find it intriguing how emotions metaphysically correlates with illnesses and disease. We have ways of looking at this phenomena and taking the responsibility for healing our life down to the cellular level. For example Louise Hayes said that every ailment we experience can be healed by learning the emotional component to the ailment, e.g. High Blood Pressure represents an accumulation of emotional problems, Diabetes means you are yearning for something which is no longer in your life, lower back pains shows that you are experiencing financial instability and so forth. Truth is eternal and never changes. So what is the truth that humans consistently deny or resist? The wondrous truth is that you are a divine and perfect co-creator created by and like God. what we see and believe about ourselves and others is not what the Source Creator sees. We came to earth and took on bodily forms but we are not these bodies we walk around in, nor are we the ego that we created for survival and identify with in this world. The ego’s world is an illusion. The book A Course in Miracles says, “Nothing real can be threaten, nothing unreal exists. Herein lies the Peace of God. When you learn that what God created is forever and eternally safe and loved you will strive to leave the ego’s world of illusion where everything is fearful and lacks love and compassion.

There is another world where you are your divine self, balanced and harmonized. Things are not as they appear in this world and when we become emotionally imbalanced we are forgetting that this is so. This can be seen by how we react when someone we love dies. We have forgotten that death is merely a transition to the real world. Instead we see death as an end when it is a new beginning in our real world for our love ones who have transitioned through death. When Yeshua (Jesus) said that He took the sting out of death. He meant that He came to tell the truth about it so it wouldn't hurt so bad when someone we love dies.

Whatever we experienced in our world as humans from childhood onward are based heavily in emotions because our brains record every action, every disappointment and every sense of fear and abandonment and record those experiences in our memories as ‘bad’ experiences and something to be avoided. The brain records good experiences too but because humans have been living in the matrix of fear for so long, most emotions are hazardous to our overall well-being. This don’t have to be so! Emotional healing can happen and we can choose to be healed emotionally, spiritually and mentally but there is a process or a way to go about your healing journey. Join us for the experience of healing and starting your journey to self-actualization. And so it is!

The video below will guide you to transformation of your thoughts and emotions, which will transform your physiology and your life. Just follow the principles!
