Namaste! I am Atiye, which has Turkish, Arabic and Hebrew origins. It’s meaning is “Gift from God”. I am the CEO/Founder of Noor Ministries for Higher Learner: The Sister organization  of the Goddess Citadel Foundation. My purpose and mission is to gather, empower, and lead women to their higher purpose by assisting them in self-discovery/ self-actualization so they may fulfill their God-ordained assignments.  We each have divine roles to carry out during this Great Shift.

I learned through my personal spiritual journey that we are multidimensional Beings with multiple functions many times. This means that I carry the energies of a Lioness, Goddess, Ambassador for Christ Consciousness, and a Queen of God’s Kingdom.

The Lioness in me roars against all suppression against the femininity of Women, all injustices against humanity, and against all beliefs and teachings that block or obscure the Children of God's way back to the  Godhead/Father.

As an Ambassador for Christ consciousness I represent heaven and earth’s holiness as I stand as a protector for women and children and the chosen Elites as a force to expose illusions and a transmuter of all that are not aligned to the Will of God. I accomplish this mission by my everyday life of living and walking in the Light of God’s Love and by extending this divine light, love to the world. I follow only the Voice And guidance of Spirit. As a Queen of God’s Kingdom I represent God, the King of Peace, His Son the Prince of Peace and all of His children by assuring all return home to Him, whom He sends to me.

In the material world an ambassador is Chief of a diplomatic mission. They represent their country, oversee the missions plan and guide those under their authority. This describes my role from a spiritual perspective. I represent higher spiritual dimensions including Heaven . God ordained my mission to empower and uplift women and protect Children. Those whom are sent to me I guide into awakening by assisting them to align with Christ Mind (Consciousness). And so it is.

An awakened woman is naturally living in her goddess energies and assisting others to awaken and tapping into their goddess energies.  An awakened woman is a woman  in service to humanity just by living her everyday life.  During my own awakening journey I learned that our emotional health is extremely important and an essential part of the process.  When our emotions are not balanced we create all kinds of obstacles on our journey leading to self-sabotaging behaviors. Are you awake?  Are you creating beauty, harmony and peace on earth or are you lost, confused as to what role you are to play in this cosmic event?  We are here to assist you in whatever area you need assisting.  We love you unconditionally and our Love is eternal and a source of healing.  Namaste'!

At the end of 2012, earth Gaia shifted into a new paradigm, establishing the end of the world as we know it and the beginning of a new age and a new Earth. Since that time everything and everyone has been ascending and are deeply affected by the strong energetic shifts that are still ongoing (2019) and raising the vibrational frequencies. like never before, including Mother Earth's Electromagnetic field and crystalline grid.  Noor Ministries for Higher Learning is a virtual tribal community created as a platform to unite those of us who are in service to others and to the light.  It is time to step into our assigned roles as ambassadors and miracle workers.  Join us as we can collectively connect the dots to our new earth experience in order to heal, empower, lead and protect each other and assist others in navigating the new earth energetic changes and balance humanity.  The future is now!

​Since 2001 I have been initiated into higher dimensional energies and receiving downloads from the cosmic realms that have me, sometimes, in total discomfort energetically due to 'ascension' symptoms.  (see the forum to learn more about this)  I cannot put into words the feelings that come with awakening and integrating new energies while still being in an old energy system, and in a body!  Oftentimes it feels like you are being turned inside out.

I have been awake on my journey for some time. In the beginning I encountered many synchronizations in the way of meeting new conscious awakened people, being in certain locations at a crucial time and in the books that came to me when I was ready to receive the information contained in them, sometimes falling off the shelves literally to get my attention.  My journey has had many twists and turns, not to mention the countless Aha! moments.  My life as  I knew it became more and more challenging as I had to let go of all my material possessions,  my marriage and everything I thought I knew in order to present myself as a purified empty vessel in order to do the work I was sent to do.  I also experienced miraculous healing for which I will talk about at another time.  I had to totally surrender for the good of all.  

 

The life I have been living the last twenty years or so have caused me to live in solitude and many times, isolation (this is part of the ascension process). There are several reasons for this. I am extremely sensitive to energies, being an Empath. Many times other people's energies have been too much for me to tolerate, so I keep myself grounded by spending as much time in nature as I can and avoiding people with negative agendas, auras or thought patterns/belief systems.  When one begins to evolve into higher dimensions there is a ton of inner workings that is happening simultaneously. We have to attend to those inner workings in order to bring balance and harmony within our personal energy fields and others' dis-harmonies can cause the awakening one much discomfort.

 

As a child I was mysterious, for lack of a better description.  Often I wondered about the world and I deeply knew that I was not from earth and that there was another place that I secretly called home.  I have also experienced deep states of trance since childhood.  During one of my many restless times I was led to some information in the middle of the night (because I couldn't sleep) that would help me to understand a bit better, what I was going through. It notified me that the world was undergoing deep changes and I was part of a group (Earth Alliance sometimes called Ground Crew) that was responsible for bringing in those changes. 

 

It told me about timelines and offered many other esoteric teachings that I somehow remember knowing about before I came into the earth plane. Later on I would discover that I was seeded by another species called the Pleiadeans. The Pleiadeans are species that live in the seven sisters’ stars system.  As a Pleiadean, I now know why I was always looking up at the sky as a kid and longing for 'home'. I know, to some who may be reading this, it sounds far fetched and unreal but that is okay. I thought it weird too when I was first introduced to the information but it resonated so deep within, I could not deny the truth of it.  Later I would receive confirmation over and over again that what I was experiencing was real. I was experiencing multidimensionality, I was experiencing my true nature as a divine being that is Pleiadean with star DNA, like so many other humans are.

 

I have been commissioned to start this initiation of the goddesses and gods who are on their awakening path and are part of the group responsible for raising the energy and consciousness on our planet.  I have known for quite some time that my purposeful mission was centered on the awakening of women. In 1999 I was told by the still small voice, "When women rise the world will heal."  I have come to a crucial time on the journey where I cannot wait any longer to begin what I was born to do.  I have been reborn/resurrected and am ready to fulfill my mission as a Star Being having an spiritual/earthly experience.

We have much work to do in the Awakening Plan of Spirit but first our work begins with ourselves;  learning who we are, why we are here and what we are here to do.  Each of us have an individual and unique purpose, although we are called to work in groups many times.  The Goddess Sistar Circle Foundation is one of those groups. There are many that have already formed all over the planet!  So let's get going!  I have been told that one must become emotionally balanced in order to fulfill their role in the Awakening Plan.  This is why a great part of this site is devoted to emotional healing.  Without this healing one will continue  to oscillate causing unnecessary pain in their lives.   Emotional healing must happen as part of the awakening process.
