Emotional Healing Journey

To begin a journey of emotional healing we should first analyze the nature or the metaphysics of emotions.

In this 6 week program beginning with session 1. you will observe and learn what emotions are from a scientific and a metaphysics perspectives. We’ve all heard that there are good and bad emotions but the truth is all emotions can be used to help in our personal spiritual growth. Learning what triggers your emotions can assist you in becoming more intelligent and more compassionate. In fact only the intelligent can be compassionate and the world needs compassion more than ever for its survival through the major shifts we are going through collectively.


Metaphysics is the study of the unseen. We cannot see our emotions but we definitely experience them consciously or unconsciously. The objective to the study of emotions is so our response to life will eventually bring us joy and happiness with no judgement of no creation.


When we judge anything we are judging against ourselves because we are truly connected to all life/creation. The problem is we have made our own creations and do not trust and believe in them and this has caused unhappiness. The study and observation of our emotions is an attempt to find our joy and happiness because it teaches us that in true reality there is only love.

Course Schedule


Session 1. you will observe and learn what emotions are from a scientific and a metaphysics perspectives.

Session 2 you will discover. Why balancing your emotions are essential to your overall well-being, including raising your vibrations and becoming more aware and conscious of your relationship to others and yourself.

Session 3 we will discuss and identify our personal emotional triggers. The 7 stages of grief will be discussed.

Session 4 each of us will construct a Vision Board and correlate it with Maslow's Hierarchy to see where we are in meeting our full life potential.

Session 5 is when you receive tools for developing emotional intelligence and tools for maintaining a healthy balance.

Session 6. Is the mind mastery class where we learn to think higher thoughts and learn to trust life again.
